Following a fall from a horse I was stiff and sore in my lower back. Amanda understood the situation and her treatment and advice made a massive difference. I had tried a Chiropractor but the treatment wasn’t as effective as Amanda.
I recommend her to all of you who live near enough to visit routinely, I’m sadly too far away!

First visit with Amanda and she was very professional and empathetic. Went with a back and neck problem and Amanda gave advice about exercises and classes to take as well as having a sports massage. The massage was very thorough and I felt a lot more relaxed afterwards. Looking forward to returning for more help with my problem and have every confidence in Amanda.

A commensurate professional, knowledgeable and very practical in her approach, she has consistently assessed, diagnosed and successfully treated me on a number of occasions and I would have no hesitation in recommending her. Since lock down I'd been having a lot of trouble with pains in my back, my legs and my neck. Nothing seemed to be resolving it. Then someone in my Pilates class recommended a physio in my own village! I wasn't sure what to expect but Amanda found the problem immediately.
