Highly recommend the physio. I got a clear and accurate assessment of an I jury. Got given a simple and effective recovery plan along with massage treatment that has tackled the problem and allowed me to return to my sports quickly and easily. I feel stronger and more robust then before and I am thankful for the accurate, simple and effective treatment from the physiotherapy course.

My experience at Brigg Body Set was very positive .
Smart , clean premises .
I attended with very painful , inflamed , swollen feet and unable to walk without pain which made activities limited .
Qarib Ahmed Khan is very pleasant ,knowledgable and informative . Following his treatments, instructions and home exercises I gradually improved and I am now able to walk without pain .
I had a course of 6 intense treatments and as I still have some recurrent issues with my feet I continue to see him on a monthly basis . I just need to motivate myself to do the exercises daily ! Very happy with the results and would recommend Qarib .

After my experience with the NHS physio team; which consisted of 3 phone conversations and an email with 6 excises to carry out; Ana was a breath of fresh air.

She listened and soon assessed my problem, talking through the stages of treatment required. After a couple of sessions Ana highlighted that she thought more sessions may be needed to get me back on track and contacted my insurer.

Acupuncture was suggested by Ana as she thought it would also be beneficial, so she carried out a couple of these sessions.

Her compassion, professionalism and support shone through. On discharge Ana gave me a programme of excises and advice to help me to achieve full recovery.

Thank you Ana, I would highly recommend Body Set.

Absolutely brilliant place. Started off with physio work on sciatica and lower back/hip pain. Pain now subsided and moved onto massages of the lumbar area. The place is pristine clean and tidy, and Fern (the physiotherapist I see) is just awesome. Excellent at what she does and so kind, polite and funny. Feel like I've known her for years (in a good way!) - A real asset to Bodyset.
