I have just enjoyed my fortnightly aromatherapy massage by Helen.
I always find it very beneficial and relaxing. Helen is professional, compassionate and very accommodating to my various aches and pains with arthritis!
I come away feeling refreshed and relaxed and would highly recommend her.

I see Helen regularly for massage, aromatherapy, reiki and energy healing. The sessions are calming, uplifting and healing. She listens and adapts sessions to suit your frame of mind. Such a kind soul who gives her time and positive energy so generously. I always feel so uplifted after seeing her. I highly recommend.

Helen was lovely her room was calm relaxing and inviting , i had booked reiki which was lovely just don't think it's for me .
Helen listened to the issues and made me a blend of aromtherepy oils which smell amazing will definatly go back and try something different , thank you for making me feel at ease
