Baby massage with Katherine was such a lovely experience for us both! Theo really enjoyed the class and it was so useful for me to learn the different techniques. We now use baby massage daily to help settle Theo for bed and it’s just a lovely bonding experience for us both. Katherine is amazing and made me feel so relaxed in her classes, I would recommend her to anyone!

Baby massage with Katherine has been one of the nicest classes we’ve been to. She is so lovely and it’s such a lovely bonding time with your baby. Katherine makes the massage techniques easy to follow and fit in to your home routine. They have really helped us with my daughters colic and it’s such a lovely way to calm down during our bedtime routine. Maeve is usually asleep when we’ve finished the massage as she’s so chilled out which means I can enjoy my cuppa at the end of the class! 🙌🏻💗

I have absolutely loved our Birch Massage Classes! So much so, I signed up twice! My little boy loves it and I really enjoy a chance to spend one on one time with no distractions bonding with him! Really relaxing way to start our week! Katherine creates a calm space to get to know other mums and massage at the same time!

What can I day about Birch Holistics?! Katherine has been so integral in helping us enjoy our baby when she wasn't comfortable with colic & reflux. Teaching us new baby massage techniques which we use on the daily. Can't thank you enough!💜
