I first met Tracey about a month ago while searching for a class that would suit my needs, and I can confidently say that this was the perfect fit! From our very first meeting, Tracey exuded warmth and a welcoming spirit that instantly made me feel comfortable.

Her advice has been incredibly helpful, and I've started to implement her suggestions in my daily life—it's truly made a tangible difference. Last night, I attended another wellbeing session, and it did not disappoint! Just like the first time, I found myself completely immersed in the experience.

My friend and I absolutely love these sessions, and I've had the pleasure of meeting some wonderful people who create a calm and safe space for everyone. We even worked on vision boards that helped me visualize the best version of myself. I’m feeling much more confident in my abilities to achieve my goals thanks to Tracey’s guidance.

I can honestly say that without Tracy's help to understand life.... I'd still be on a broken record.....

Tracy can read a client's/patients issues and offer a Taylor made bespoke program to repair and live life in a positive way....

I've had X2 therapy sessions with Tracy (5 hours) and I can honestly say I'm looking forward to the third....

Your not pressured or forced into taking a service plan, but once your in the chair, you become relaxed, able to unload and begin a whole new life....
