I reached a point in my life where I was ready to talk, but therapy was something new and I was reluctant to share my private life. However Kristin made me feel at ease from the moment I met her... and really made it easy to talk. She listened, and then would ask well timed questions to provoke me to think about other possible solutions. Drawing, Kundalini yoga and somatic therapy all helped me to understand what I was dealing with, and gave me the power to take ownership and responsibility for my actions and my own healing. I left Kristin's therapy feeling understood and empowered to carry-on on my own. The personal hypnotherapy track was such a nice gift to walk away with which I have been listening to at night. I am such an advocate of seeking help for our mental health. We spend so much money on gym memberships but often neglect what's going on it other realms. Kristin really did save my life. She is not the same as the other counsellors, she cuts through the noise and gets to the root of the problem and shines a light on it. She's wonderful. Can't thanks her enough!
