I have been seeing Steven for coming up to 2 years now. When I arrived, I was in a dark place and did not know what to do. But from the very first session I was made to feel comfortable and safe and from this moment I started to feel better.

With the sessions that I had with Steven, I was able to navigate my emotions and start to understand why I feel the way I do, and that my feelings are valid. I have also learnt tools and ways to cope.

I now have a confidence I didn't know I had in me, and an outlook on life which is much more positive, and I owe a lot of it to Steven.
