A most relaxing way of taking some time just for yourself is to go to one of Hilary's Gong Baths, which usually happen at least twice a month, often more, in the Ulverston area. I always feel safely cocooned in the sounds of her voice, gongs, singing bowls and other instruments. Each bath is seasonally themed in some way and introduced before Hilary takes you through a guided relaxation as the Gong Bath starts. I find that I soon drift into a deeply relaxed state which feels very freeing and persists not only to the end but beyond enhancing my sleep quality for several nights. It is a wonderful experience which I highly recommend, especially on a regular basis if you can. Do ensure you book in advance as they usually get booked up some time before the date but it is always worth a late enquiry.
Hilary is a very gentle, kind, caring and skilled person so set aside any doubts you might have and give it a go. Don't miss the chance to stand in the biggest singing bowl while it is struck and feel the vibrations travel through your body.
Hilary's Gong Baths are now a regular part of my self care.

Just Had my second sound healing session with Hilary. Absolutely amazing

Hilary is an excellent practitioner.Her sessions are really thorough and I always feel very light and relaxed afterwards.

I enjoyed the sensation of bowls on the body and Hearing the beautiful crystal bowls and harps.

I find it helps with hearing loss induced tinnitus and general tension in my body

Definitely recommend this wonderful healing modality to all.
