Met Jill to help with my fear of flying due to my holiday coming up in August.
Was a little sceptical at first as I though I would never have the confidence to fly again.
How wrong could I have been. Jill was totally amazing putting me at ease as soon as I got there for my first session. After this first one I felt like a different person not maybe thinking I could actually attempt to go on a plane but the confidence in actually flying. Have since had another session yesterday and now don't know if I am more looking forward to the fight than my actual holiday. I would totally recommend her to all my friends and am due to see her once again to help with my smoking habit
