I have been attending the Back & Active clinic for 3 years.

I was so delighted to finally find a practitioner who is such an all rounder and expert in his field.

Damien has treated me for several injuries over time, and never ceases to amaze me with the knowledge he has of the body, and his skill in putting things right.

His body work is brilliant. He complements this with acupuncture and an on going exercise program.

He really cares and communicates so well (and reassuringly). He is an amazing person. Whatever my condition and attitude when I walk in, I always leave with a spring in my step!

I highly recommended this practice.

Camilla and Damien are lifesavers!!! I went to them after I had my fourth baby. I had a pinched nerve and my back pain was crippling. They really listened to me and treated my specific situation. Their treatment is second to none! They also helped me to change certain habits in how I carry myself (and my baby!) which in combination with their amazing treatments has given me amazing results. Now I am pain free and feel like myself again. Best of all they are wonderful, caring people who listen. I couldn't recommend them more.

I have attended Back and Active for the past 18 months or so for back and neck pain.

Damian has done a great job on both and I am currently pain free and following his recommended stretches and exercises.

Damian has been brilliant in finding out how the injuries have occured and how to mitigate repeat issues.

I had a Jiu Jitsu injury which I had been told be a different therapist I had nothing to worry about.

I talked on the phone to Back and Active a few times and eventually it was decided I should come and have it looked at (I hesitated because they are quite far away from where I live).

It turns out to have been the best decision I of could made. I did have a problem, a fairly serious one had it not been looked at.

Damien has been really great to work with, he is really easy going and make each visit a pleasure, in fact I really enjoy the treatment.

I am now pretty much fixed but will continue to visit to make sure everything stays in place and also to get a massage each month!

Back and Active were the only place that understood what my issue might have been via a phone conversation (other than a guy who charged 4 times the price).

I'm currently trying to get my father to visit for his back and will recommend to anyone who I think could benefit.

Damien is fantastic. I had a very bad pain in my back after lifting a weight "wrong" and Damien fixed me with two treatments. I also used to be a professional drummer so had various small issues (from playing and lugging around heavy equipment) which he would sort out easily and regularly.
