I saw Suzie for birth trauma counseling, after seeing her profile on the birth trauma association. She is compassionate and kind with her approach, even though we only had two sessions, she was professional in that she retained the information I shared with her and spoke to me about it, as if she’d always known, a small detail, but one that makes you feel individual, remembered and heard. I would highly recommend Suzi, she certainly helped me. From a midwifery point of view, she had a thorough understanding which enabled her to guide me practically through some medical answers to my questions, and also sign post me through the bureaucracy of the NHS. And from a psychological point of view, she helped me to identify where my main issues lied, which ultimately enabled me to focus on what I needed to and get back to feeling myself again.
