Arun is incredible at making you feeling comfortable immediately in his company! He worked through inner child/higher self with me during a one to one session. I was quite nervous about it and worried I wouldn’t be honest with myself. However, the way in which Arun approached each section of the session and his feedback allowed for me to open up and express exactly what I needed to. I LOVED that he got me to pick my go to song for dancing and got me dancing around the room to it! He really is an amazing coach!

My massage with Arun was amazing! From the moment I stepped through the door I felt completely at ease.We started with a really calming meditation which set me up for the best massage!-The massage it self was divine I completely melted away.After I felt like he had released tension & mentally calm.
