Kathy is an incredibly compassionate and empathetic councellor, and has a wealth of knowledge she is always more than happy to share to point her clients in the right direction. It has been an absolute pleasure to connect with Kathy for 6 weeks of counselling.

Kathy's care, understanding and expertise helped manage understanding post-ND diagnosis and through rebuild after a corrosive relationship. Her professionalism and flexibility, along with her lived neurodiverse experience, made thing possible again.

I have found Kathy to be very caring, helpful and supportive. It has been good for me to talk through my problems with someone who is non judgemental and really listens to what I am saying. I have found the tapes she forwarded to me, to be very relaxing and this has helped me to control my breathing and alleviate some of my anxiety. I now have a better understanding of my problems, and how to deal with them.

Kathy, had the ability to communicate very well with me, it seemed we had a instant rapport, which I believe really helped with my success on being far less anxious when driving on motorways.
I also contribute this rapport with helping me to
open up more about the depth of my issues. This ability to be at ease as a client allowed me to think more about my childhood and to have a better understanding of where my triggers of phobias/anxieties may have started.
Kathy, had the empathy to understand my feelings, and was always patience and displayed a non-judgement attitude, with the added skill of having a calm re-assuring voice in the recordings she sent me. My sessions were conducted in a friendly and professional manner and I have gained a great insight through Kathy’s experience as a therapist.
