At 46 years old I decided to book in for my first ever sports massage with Andy. I wasn't disappointed! Andy is extremely experienced and knowledgeable. He did a consultation first, got to know me, we talked about my lifestyle and issues, then looked at my posture, gait, alignment etc before the massage. He talked me through each area of the massage as he was doing it and made me feel relaxed and assured. It was so beneficial I have already booked my next massage in 6 weeks time because I want to keep ontop of things. Worth every penny. Happy days. ?

Amazing ! Booked in for lymphatic drainage massage for just general sluggishness and was not disappointed, he talked me through the whole process and gave me some valuable information, the massage was so relaxing and left me feeling great , he is a very friendly guy and makes you feel comfortable from moment he says hello ! Would definitely recommend ?
