Suzanne is exceptional. She listens well and relates to your experiences from a very human point of view. She doesn't bamboozle you with theory speak or try to correct you like a teacher might and accepts your views are your views and works from there. She will gently challenge thinking where necessary tho. She furnishes you with simple bits of information that help you to unravel confused thought patterns and explains theory in a simple clear and appropriate manner. Importantly her empathic nature enables her to get alongside you rather than lead you which some counsellors might do. A lovely lady with a gentle human touch.

Suzanne is an excellent councillor who I would recommend to anybody. She has a very calming presence and is exceptionally easy to talk to. Suzanne is very understanding and none judgemental whatsoever. The help and advice I have received from my time speaking with Suzanne has been priceless.
