I was lucky to connect with Abdur. I joined him in December 2022, when I was at my lowest about life and my weight gain. I have worked with my coach Abdur for a few months to help me overcome and my manage my anxiety.

Having come from a Pakistani ethnic origin and Abdur also the same I found it very easy to connect with him and he could also relate to the issues I had faced or was facing due to having suffered with mental health himself.

Abdur shows that he genuinely cares, listens and understands all the things I discuss with him with regards to self help, diet, keeping fit, relationships or just general venting. He breaks down the issues into smaller sections and explains how to deal with each section. His advice is always sensible, inspiring and practical. Beside the weekly one to one sessions I have with Abdur, there is a group session on Fridays in whatsapp group. Everything we discuss and all the topics he presents to us gets recorded and shared back in our facebook group. This way we have access to everything. He also has provided us with access to the course contents on his website and the templates we need to do our weekly homeworks and tasks. Overall, I find his knowledge on many different subjects and his approach in dealing with issues very impressive. I wholeheartedly recommend him.
