Having recently attended the 6 week course with Helen called Ignite your Passion I would like to leave feedback as follows:
This was a very professional and developmental course. I was feeling like I needed some direction and an opportunity to invest in some time in myself. Working with Helen has given me the opportunity to be the best version of myself. I have identified strengths and core values I had lost sight of and whilst this was very challenging to do it was also very empowering and insightful. Working with Helen and attending with a group of other women in a similar position but from all walks of life was very helpful and felt a very positive experience. I would suggest this is an opportunity to work with Helen who is very professional and experienced but has great empathy and with that pulls you through to seeing the best and true version of yourself allowing you to make the right choices for yourself both personally and professionally. Without reservation I would recommend this course.

Working with Helen was easy, comfortable and inspiring.
I chose to work with her as I felt she understood my position as a working mum in my 40s and I identified with her story.
I was feeling stressed and helpless beforehand but working through the sessions helped me put a workable plan together.

I recently attended Helen‘s amazing Ignite and Nurture course ! I chose to take part as I felt unfulfilled and lacking in my current working role… I’ve had a particularly difficult year where my priorities in my life have changed immensely… Working with Helen has made me look at myself And realise that my choice of work should reflect my own personality and values to get satisfaction and fulfilment .. Before attending this course I felt like I was stuck with many aspects of life, one being my career. I found working with Helen so motivating, she really put me at ease and was very understanding. I feel like now, after finishing this course, I have a clearer understanding of my skills and values which will now help me for future decisions. I've been going through a lot of changes in my life recently and I've felt very lost, floundering, struggling with low self confidence and anxiety but unable to specifically pinpoint the reasons why. I've known Helen for a while now and she offered me the opportunity to participate in her new course - Ignite your Passion. This was completely the right thing at the right time for me and so I jumped at the opportunity. It has realigned my thought processes from predominantly negative to positive and has helped me to really start evaluating my drive and purpose and where I want them to take me.
I'm not saying the course has fixed everything, I still have a lot of work to do in the future but this was the initial push in the right direction that I needed and I can't wait to continue working with Helen to realise my full potential.
