Could not recommend Ralph more highly. His friendly approach and deep insight greatly assisted my recovery from a recent shoulder injury. I found the tailored exercise programme he created to be highly effective, and it was great to receive adjustments to the routine based upon feedback gained during our consultations. Thanks Ralph!

Nigel was extremely helpful in quickly diagnosing my problem after I'd damaged my back and leg. The exercises seemed to hit the mark just right as well as the various manipulations he made. A few weeks on and I had completely recovered. Great service, wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Ralph was able to identify what was causing my lower back problem and work out an exercise treatment programme for me. The exercises were sucessful in helping me with my back and I continue to do these as part of my daily routine. I found Ralph to be a good listener and he took time to explain details of my problem and the treatment plan. I would definitley recommend him.

Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Aleena is very knowledgeable indeed and actually looked for the cause of the problem instead of just treating it. Excercises were very easy to understand with videos, and were actually tailored for me by her not just generic.

I have been seeing mr Gerard-Cross for a number of weeks, his treatment including acupuncture, soft tissue massage and prescribed exercises have proven to be really effective at relieving the extreme pain I had been enduring for months and years prior. I would recommend his services to anyone suffering with back pain.
