When I first considered going to therapy, it felt intimidating. I wasn’t sure how to express my problems out loud, and I was scared to take that leap. Then I found Antonia, and right from the start, I felt incredibly comfortable speaking with her in the space we shared. I had never had a safe place to talk about my mental well-being before, but with Antonia, I felt truly heard. No matter what we discussed in our sessions, I always left feeling more positive about the situation at hand.
I would recommend therapy to anyone who feels ready to take that step, and Antonia is the perfect person to guide you through it. She listens intently, always offers the best advice, and has been a constant source of support throughout our time together. Antonia helped me understand things about myself and connect my past, present, and future in ways that have brought greater clarity to my life.
Even the things I thought I’d never be able to say out loud became easier to express once I started working with Antonia. I never felt judged for my thoughts or feelings. Instead, she helped me so much that I could keep focusing on the light at the end of the tunnel.
Ending our sessions was emotional, as therapy had been my safe space for so long. But the fact that we were able to stop shows how much I’ve grown, thanks to Antonia’s guidance. I’ve found confidence and independence in my everyday life. Thank you so much, Antonia.

Edit - Having come to the end of my sessions with Antonia, I wanted to take the time to echo the words above. My time with Antonia has been absolutely invaluable to me. I truly believe that all the positive changes I have experienced in the last year have been a direct result of the work achieved through therapy. From the very first session, Antonia created a safe space where I felt I could completely be myself and I never felt judged for my thoughts or feelings. This allowed us to dig deep into uncomfortable places and work through issues in a helpful and rational way. I am very sad to come to the end of my sessions but the work we have done has definitely given me the confidence I need to work through my issues independently. I am not exaggerating when I say that my time with Antonia has been totally life changing. I contacted Antonia because I was feeling like I had totally lost my sense of self and self-esteem, along with any kind of control or ability to be proactive with the direction my life was heading. I wasn't able to positively handle things 'going wrong' and had a few specific events that I wanted to work through that I had boxed away and not properly dealt with.
The difference has been light and day - I now know myself better than I have ever done, and have found 'me' again, together with a purpose and direction in life. For the first time in several years I feel able to look forwards and plan for the future with optimism and excitement, and life feels full of joy again. I also feel equipped with the tools to handle both myself, and any future bumps in the road that come along.
I was initially apprehensive about being able to form a strong enough bond over Zoom to make the most of the sessions, but this wasn't an issue at all and I very quickly felt able to speak to Antonia about anything. Antonia has such a fantastic and flexible approach and it was especially valuable to work through different exercises and approaches.
I can't recommend Antonia highly enough, and will certainly be reaching out to her again as and when I need in the future. I am already missing our weekly chats!
