The whole day was really well organised, each session was incredibly enjoyable - Anne's knowledge and passion really shines through, she is very inspiring to listen to. I’ve been to two retreat days with Anne and Christine now and both were equally amazing. Anne recently hosted my alternative hen party and I couldn’t have asked for a better day. We experienced yoga, a drumming journey, body talk session with Anne and a gong bath finished off with a soak in the hot tub. It was truly blissful. The homemade food was excellent. As a host I couldn’t fault Anne. I would highly recommend

I have just arrived home after one of the most rejuvenating and refreshing treatment experiences. Anne is so passionate about the work she does and this comes across from the moment you first meet her. Anne took the time to welcome me into her treatment space in such a lovely, calming and peaceful setting. Anne gave me some very insightful knowledge on what Body Talk is and also how the treatment would work. She was able to answer all of my questions and also explain more about lymphatic drainage when I asked. I have not only learned so much from Anne this afternoon, but I have literally left there feeling so calm and zen. I thoroughly recommend Anne’s services, 5* without a doubt! Thank you, Anne!

She creates a completely safe space and she has crafted her therapy environment with the same care and attention she brings to her practice. What a totally relaxing experience that also supported with so much insight into physical and emotional health. Wonderful.

She gave me detailed insight into my body through "Body Talk" and highlighted stored energy in my liver and an emotional blockage which I had been contemplating but not addressing. The process helped me attune to the information my body was giving me and Anne also gives gentle support through her depth of knowledge and expertise. She helps both body and mind. X

We held my sister hen do here. A holistic day doing yoga, drumming, body talks, delicious homemade food and cakes, amazing sound bath and finished with a dip in the hot tub. Anne and Christine were fantastic hosts and couldn't of asked for a better place to have my sister hen. The garden is absolutely stunning too, a pure sanctuary.
