I couldn’t have imagined a more positive breathing experience and that is all thanks to Anna who was amazing at helping me prepare for the birth and also for being there for me during the day of my labour. She was a true advocate for how I wanted to experience the birth of my child.

She was instrumental at bringing me back to life post helping me feel better in myself supporting my breastfeeding journey, taught me baby soothing techniques, and also making me feel like my own recovery is a priority.

I couldn’t I can’t imagine going through all of this without her.

Anna will forever be special to us as she was our birth doula. She is naturally calm, kind and compassionate but is also able to stand up respectfully for the mums in her care if midwives aren't listening. Anna provided osteopathy during my pregnancy, labour and post-partum time which was a true blessing. Anna also, along with my other fabulous doula Aimee, performed my closing the bones ceremony. I have never felt so utterly and completely cared for than during this ceremony (my husband was involved too) and I wish every mother could experience this. She also helped my little boy with cranial osteopathy during teething and he seemed much better after the session. Anna you are a superstar and we love you dearly x.
