I have been attending regular sessions with Jeni for around 6 months, therapy was a totally new experience for me, it took me many years to finally summons the courage to go and although I found it difficult at first, I wish I had found her sooner. Jeni could not have been more supportive and attentive to my needs in those first few sessions. She is calm and kind with a warm personality which puts you at ease. Jeni uses a range of different therapeutic techniques seamlessly to cater to whatever difficulties I may be having in any given session. She continues to help me feel better and improve my overall mental state. I couldn’t recommend Jeni & Anchor counselling more highly. 💛
