I was so relaxed after my Neck, Back and Shoulder massage, I pretty much floated out of the door afterwards! Stacey put me at ease straight away, and the therapy room is a little haven of bliss. It was lovely to find a space like this while visiting Aberystwyth, I'll 100% be booking in for another session the next time we're in Wales. Highly recommend! Thanks, Stacey!

Booked a full body massage and it was just perfect. I was so relaxed leaving, all the aches and pains had disappeared! I was made to feel totally at ease from the start and the room is peaceful and comfortable. Would 100% recommend!

Stacey was so kind, friendly and calming. She put me at ease as soon as I walked through the door and I felt incredibly relaxed and safe throughout. For 60 minutes I was able to escape from the stresses of everyday live, and I now feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I've had a few messages previously, however this was the first massage I've had where I've truly switched off, and I can't thank Stacey enough. I'm looking forward to coming back soon🥰🥰

My first ever massage and it was amazing!! I’m not really a touch person but after moving house I really needed to relax. Stacey was very patient with me and explained everything she would do beforehand to make sure I was comfortable. The ambience was so calm and relaxing I almost fell asleep. Highly recommend.

Lovely and professional place, wonderful massage, I couldn’t recommend enough!! ❤️ I’ve never had a massage before so I was very nervous but I felt very safe and relaxed all throughout and the massage really helped me out with my shoulder tension and neck pain 😊 cannot wait to go back again!! 10/10 Anastasia is absolutely best ❤️❤️❤️
