I saw James Baker recently with knee pain.
He diagnosed the problem and spent time on ultrasound, massage, gave me an exercise band to strengthen the knee and applied Rock Tape enabling me to go ahead with a walking holiday.
I highly recommend James.

James has done an amazing job on my shoulder. I've been suffering for several years with calcific tendonitis of the rotator cuff add frozen shoulder which has required a steroid injection in the past. After just two visits to see James for some acupuncture and massage I'm now pain-free and back to full strength 💪. Thanks James 🙏!

James puts you at ease immediately with his lovely smile and pleasant personality and you feel confident that his knowledge and expertise is first class. I have had the pleasure of working weekly with both Jenny and James, they are helping me recover after long term glute and knee injuries. I have seen many physios over the last year and feel that I have finally found a unique team in the way they approach their work. Jenny has vast knowledge and experience and is quick to offer solutions and methods to increase strength and alleviate pain. She is precise, kind and fun. I feel I really trust her suggestions and she is helping me make great progress. James also comes with a wealth of ideas, he is conscientious, thoughtful and I appreciate his gentle approach. I've had a brilliant experience with James at Amersham Physio's. I went in with a injury to my neck which had caused my back to tighten up and was full of knots, along with a numb arm and hand. I walked out of the appt able to move my head/neck without paid again with my arm slowly getting better over the following week.

Absolutely recommended!
