Over the last few months, I have been undertaking self-confidence training with the amazing Lisa Phillips!

From connecting with my inner-child to guided meditation with plenty of tears of both joy and sadness in between, these sessions have proved invaluable and have completely changed me for good.

I have NEVER been one to talk about my emotions, instead I would keep everything to myself and end up being very poorly from it, but Lisa was such a friendly breath of fresh air that I found myself being able to be extremely open with her and boy, has it done me good!
