My 6yo girl has a scar left from chicken pox on her face, we went to check on it.

The doctor was very good with my child, and made her feel welcome.
At the appt explained every options in details and sent the report to my email which is amazing.
The booking was easy thru the website and the receptionist was very polite.

I recommend the clinic and will come again if needed.

Visited Alternatives Clinic to be treated for a Seb Kerratosis which had annoyed me for 8 years and become unsightly on the side of my nose.

Visited Diane Mason who treated me with liquid nitrogen freezing.

The scab fell off today only 5 days after the treatment and you wouldn’t even know it was there.

Thoroughly recommend this clinic and will visit again for a couple of smaller marks to be removed later in the year.

Thankyou Diane for a great service at a great price.

Since my previous visits to this Clinic, things have changed. I was very impressed with the speed and organisation of the 'admin', but I was especially pleased with the dermatology consultation I received. The advice was timely and appropriate and did not appear to be profit driven at all. I would recommend this clinic.

I just visited Alternative Clinic and was treated by Diane. She was really lovely and explained the whole process of my treatment, the aftercare and answered all my questions. She treated me for Seborrheic Keratosis with liquid nitrogen. I was a bit nervous about the procedure but it was painless and only took about 10-15 minutes. I would highly recommend Alternative Clinic.
