Absolutely love this place, 5 stars just isn’t enough. Small family run business on Aigburth Road and they are all so passionate about what they do.

The treatments are amazing and we always use Tracey. She’s so calming and knowledgeable and her energy settles me as soon as I see her.

The oils are all hand made and bespoke and the treatments allow me the downtime I need to relax and recharge. I always leave feeling mentally, physically and spiritually refreshed.

The staff, the treatments, the ambience and what they offer are all faultless. This is a little spiritual hideaway.

I love the way everything is so personalised and you can even purchase crystals, Himalayan salt rock lamps, angel cards, rain pipes, smudge sticks and so much here I absolutely love it. Can’t wait for my next reflexology and to experience the tuning forks again as this was unreal ❤️

I have been going for years and have always had a lovely experience. I’ve had various treatments all carried out to the highest standard by friendly members of staff. Special mention to the owner Tracy who always makes me feel welcome. I have recently been getting pregnancy massages and the therapists are very attentive to my needs. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.

I visited today for the rejuvenation package which was a gift and recommended to me by my sister who had used some of the services her before. I was wowed when I walked in the door by the beautiful ambiance and serene feeling inside. I was greeted by a lovely girl on reception who was attentive and friendly and saw to me straight away. My treatment involved a full body massage, facial and reiki/ reflexology on my feet. Claire was my masseuse and wow, she was incredible. I was made to feel really comfortable and she worked non-stop releasing stress I didn't even know I had! I've never had a massage like it, it was amazing!
My face feels like I have new skin from my facial and the reflexology on my feet was like sorcery, I think I fell asleep about 5 times. This package was amazing value and felt like such a treat. I bought another voucher before I left and I will definitely be returning!

I booked onto Reiki course and paid a £50 deposit on June 5th 2024 with an expected course start date of September 2024.
I didn’t hear anything for a number of weeks but I wasn’t concerned as I thought there’s plenty of time before September.
I received an email from Hannah on 21/6/2024 letting me know they had received my deposit but could not find what course I had paid it for.
I responded on 23/6/24 Reiki 1
6/9/24 - email requesting my phone number because they cannot locate my phone.
6/9/24 - sent my phone number as requested
26/9/24 - I emailed requesting an update. Concerned about no communication and course was supposed to start already.
26/9/24- Hannah emailed bank telling me Tracy would call me back the following day at 2pm
27/9/24 No phone call
27/9/24 - I emailed to inform no one contacted me and asked if I would be better with a refund.
1/10/24 - Hannah responds that Tracy has called me and left a message.
This is untrue, no phone call or message left.
1/10/24 - I emailed back this was not the case and I did not receive a call nor message.
No response
4/10/24
No response therefore I emailed back requesting a refunded
Currently I have no course details and no sign of a refund.
Honestly I would avoid the hassle and not even bother booking anything
