Misleading. So awful website, NO ONE responds, and it will take months for you to speak to someone who matched with you. It’s been nearly one year, the people I liked never responded. And after joining they ask for a min £250 success fee, they don’t ask this before joining. I asked for a refund seeing their awful website, but sadly got no response from them. So disappointed Muslims deceiving other Muslims. I called today, they say it’s non-refundable. It’s been one year, no one responded, the people I like never respond. Seems like most of them are fake profiles.

I think most of the profiles are inactive. Prior to singing up you can search members and on the face of it there seems to be loads but you rarely get any interaction from any of your interests.

I'm beginning to think these profiles are fake as I'm not even being declined.

01/2022 onwards:
Please do not join this service at all. All of the members have given up on it and NO ONE checks their messages at all.
Because of how bad the service was I asked for a refund as I paid for a year. Guess what… nothing. They stopped replying to my messages despite having agreed participation was at an all time low.

Use another platform.
