After i had my son I had very bad lower back pain. Claire quickly identified the problem and put a treatment plan together which has worked wonders. My lower back pain has gone but i still see her every 5 weeks as it helps with general aches and pains.

I have seen Clare for the last 12 months and I recommend her to everyone I can! Wow what a difference she has made, she managed to get rid of my back pain in the first couple of months, sports massage, acupuncture and now cupping! I would never want to see another chiropractor but Clare, and only wished I had gone to see her sooner. Such a lovely, polite and chatty person, put me at ease and is excellent at her job. I had a total knee replacement in May 2021 and saw Clare a couple of months after to help get some additional flexion into the joint. After a full health MOT, Clare also did some work on my shoulders (also have had both shoulder arthroscopy’s). Whilst this wasn’t the reason I attended, my shoulders and neck felt great afterwards. Clare gave me some exercises to do at home and a chart to complete to keep me on track each day which kept me accountable. Walking backwards round the garden was novel but really worked and improved my knee movement. Good guidance. Thanks.
