I can't begin to explain how incredible Cassy's sound bath was last week. I have been struggling to sleep & I was out like a light after this session. She is so gentle & calming - It was just perfect & I shall be returning. Thank you so much Cassy for helping to lift some weight from my shoulders.

I have had a couple of sessions with Cassy and both have been absolutely amazing. Cassy creates a beautiful space that feels calming and safe and allows you to just be in the moment.
I have experienced the crystal and the Tibetan bowls which were both great in their own ways (my personal favourite is the crystal bowls). I would absolutely recommend Cassy to anyone looking for a sound healing session!! 🙂

UPDATE: I back up the below review as months later I make sure I regularly go to Cassy’s sessions as I experience something new each time and it’s my best form of self care and self discovery. I already can’t wait for the next one

I absolutely adore Cassy’s sound healing sessions. I turned up to the last one on the verge of an anxiety attack from the day I had leading up to it, and during the session I could literally see and feel the darkness lifting and felt so light afterwards. Every session I have done with Align is different and I love taking that time to tune into my body and finding out what it needs. I can’t speak highly enough of these sessions, they are life changing in the best ways and I am already counting down until my next one. So if you are thinking about going I have just two words… DO IT! You will never regret it ?

Attending one of Cassy’s sound healing sessions is an incredible experience. I can’t believe how many different sensations I notice each time. I truly feel uplifted afterwards but also so relaxed. For a first visit, it was a great experience from beginning to end.
Cassy was so welcoming and so calm, and my overall experience whilst very personal to me, was one that has left me wanting to experience it more.
