Thank you so much for my appointment today. I found it to be a very positive experience. I received a warm friendly welcome by Nathan at the reception desk who quickly booked me in on my arrival with practitioner Kate, for my first ever ear check. Kate quickly put me at ease and explained everything slowly and clearly which gave me confidence with the whole procedure. I left feeling relaxed, reassured armed with a lot of information and excellent advice which I have followed and actioned. I found Kate to be very knowledgeable and she shared her knowledge and understanding of my current problem so well. I now have a plan on how to move forward and obtain the help I need to resolve my hearing issue. Kate also reassured me that I can return should I have any ear concerns and that a report of my visit can be made available for my GP.

Approached Matthew after a recent running injury that I couldn’t shift. After a consultation a recovery plan was proposed by Matthew which began with a deep tissue massage to the area by Sian.

Matthew checked in a week or so later off his own back and I came in for a follow up appointment.

Couldn’t recommend Matthew and his team more from the minute you step foot in the building until and even once you have left it was a fantastic experience.

I've been attending Align Healthcare Clinic for the last six months due to severe back pain – and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Having had regular appointments with osteopath Matthew, and a few sports massage sessions with Sian, I am experiencing much better mobility/flexibility in my lower back and I am almost pain free. Special mention must go to Matthew, who aside from being obviously skilled and knowledgeable – and working magic on my back pain – is incredibly warm, friendly and personable, which made my appointments an extra positive experience.

The clinic is very professionally run and all the staff I have interacted with have been friendly, courteous and helpful. The clinic is modern and welcoming, booking and rescheduling appointments either through the website or over the phone has always been straightforward, and being able to park easily at the clinic is a bonus.

I'm grateful for the care I've received and I would not hesitate to use any of their other wellness services in future!

I have been seeing Jack (oesteopath)for a few weeks for my shoulder pain. He has been brilliant definitely recommend. Very professional, knowledgeable and understanding. My pain is so much more manageable and I am so much better than I was. I was recommended to align and have recommended this company to a few of my friends and are all using and happy with treatment. Align is brilliant! I’ve been having regular sports massages with Sian since January to help with back and shoulder issues, and she is fantastic. She’s very knowledgeable and always spends a few minutes at the start of each session asking how I’m feeling and whether I’ve got any specific aches/pains so she can focus on these during the massage. The place itself is fantastic, very modern and always sparkling clean. Nathan and Lorraine on reception are super friendly and very welcoming - I honestly can’t fault the place. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Absolutely love Danielle's pilates classes, she's amazing, not only do I get a full body workout and a good stretch, it also improves my mental health and I always leave feeling positive and happy. She's lovely, just like the rest of the team at Align Healthcare. You are always greeted with a smile and everyone is so helpful and friendly, definitely recommend

Had a great experience from Align very patient focused from your initial contact and every time you visit from Nathan and Lorraine. My pain has massively reduced. I’ve had chance to get treatment from both Jack and Mathew. The clinic has it’s own parking which is a bonus. I’d definitely recommend Align.

Wow!

It has been a week since my visit for treatment with Jack (Osteopath). This was the first time I've ever had a treatment like this and I was nervous. Nathan at reception made me feel welcome, the clinic was bright and clean, Jack put me at ease. There was no need to be nervous, it was amazing!

After months of pain in my hip I am currently pain free. Jack took the time to get a history, treatment was thorough and unrushed and didn't hurt! I felt I could trust him completely. I came away with a few easy exercises I can do for ten minutes a day to keep the problem from recurring.

What was astonishing is that Jack found out the pain in my hip was caused by a problem in my foot and lower leg. I would never have worked that out myself.

I've got a follow up appointment in a few more weeks to check progress and I'm really looking forward to it now.
