I have been attending the clinic for only a few weeks but have already had a huge improvement in my pain levels. I have severe scoliosis so no easy task to treat. Dr Jess and all the team have been great and I am feeling hopeful that I can get on top of pain and start getting back into the gym, which I haven't been able to do for a long time due to constant debilitating pain.

I came to Align for Life as my posture was poor. I had rounded shoulders and my neck leaned forward and to one side. I also had hip pain. Exrays revealed how bad the problems were. At the start of treatment I was sceptical if someone of my age (74 years) could be helped. After some weeks of Chiropractic treatment, traction and exercises to do at home, my posture has dramatically improved. I felt taller and my back straighter and flatter across my shoulders. My hip pain has improved.

Dr Jess has done an amazing job at properly correcting a neck problem I’ve had for years..its been a huge relief to be free of the spasms, pain and headaches and that’s definitely achievable with the intensive programme. All the team are very friendly and helpful, special nod to Matt as well for support with the traction and stretches/exercise programme which has made huge improvements.

My first appointment was to see Dr Kam, as my walking was very painful. WIth x rays and a talk through of what was going to happen I can say that Iam 2/3 through my programme and I am 95% back to normal with minimum pain. Amazing thank you so much.

I came to Align4Life in pain. I was hunched forwards and to one side, I had a frozen neck which caused me to keep my head tilted forward and to the side. This put additional strain on my shoulders and back. I could not get more than five hours of sleep, much of which was interrupted due to pain.
I didn’t know what to expect from the experience but knew I did not want to go down the route of pain killers and anti-inflammatories. Dr Mirshahi (Kam) took a thorough history, conducted a posture assessment and took some x-rays. He clearly explained what he could see, what he could do to help. I signed up for an intensive care package and the results have been fantastic. Within a few weeks, he had resolved my biggest and most immediate issue, the pain and stiffness in my neck!
A few more alignment sessions later, I was able to return to exercise and running, as I had become pain free. The difference in my spinal health has been amazing. I move better and the exercises, alignments and traction have helped improve my flexibility.
Kam and the team are fantastic. They are professional, open, friendly, flexible and genuinely invested in my recovery and on-going health. It has been the most positive experience of healthcare that I have had.
I would confidently recommend Kam and the team to any of my friends or relatives that needed chiropractic care.

Went in for back pain, was told it would cost £4k for the programme. I was too stunned to speak when presented with this ‘solution’. I went to another chiropractor in Dunton Green who gave me exercises to do at home which ultimately resolved my back issues.
