Alice’s coaching has made a difference to my everyday life. She is a kind & caring person, putting your needs first, always! She makes me feel at ease, and most importantly, her high quality training is changing my life! Having 1 coaching session a week is giving me the guidance to support myself through life’s ups and downs, alongside EFT techniques, that have uncovered things I never realised, giving me a new perspective and appreciation. My favourite supporting techniques are the personalised meditations, highly informative newsletters and the ability to simply send Alice a message for support. Would recommend everyone to try and see for yourself!

I found Alice, by coincidence and, at the right time in my life, when I needed support to change some things for the better.
She is very kind, caring, gentle and supportive. Also, she's very knowledgeable in what she does. I have taken on board what she has taught me and my life is already improved.
She also introduced me to EFT which I was open to, although inwardly sceptical, but the profound difference in how I felt afterwards was incredible and enlightening.
I'm looking forward to working with Alice again, to gain more positivity and power for myself.

I am so chuffed that I went to these workshops, Alice is just great and is so fab at doing what she does.
I have made so many changes to my life and I feel like I’m at the best I’ve ever been.
My outlook on life is so much more positive, and I’m doing things I’ve always wanted to do, but never quite got there. I no longer worry or over think things, which I always used to do. One of the biggest things for me is I no longer suffer with the awful anxiety I once did, it has completely gone ….thank goodness !! Keeping up with my meditation, which literally changes the way I get through my day…a real lift and teaches me how to handle certain situations with total calm. Meditating is now a really important part of my morning routine, I wish I started years ago.
I loved the last workshop on manifestation, which I also practice everyday, and I’m learning more and more on how to manifest ❤️
