I decided to look for a local massage therapist and found Ali Kendall. I've been to 3 sessions with Ali, so far, and not only has she "unknotted" much of the tightness in my neck, shoulders and lower back but I now have considerably greater range of movement, which I notice when playing bat/ball sports. I'm continuing to use Ali for sports massage and expect to have ongoing sessions for the foreseeable future.
