Going to Alex for hypnotherapy was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! She was so welcoming and understanding every single session. Along with the hypnotherapy she offered advice and an alternative perspective on issues which enabled me to see things more clearly for myself. I finished my sessions with Alex around 6 months ago and my issues are still fully resolved. So this is definitely a long term solution, as well as a short term one as after each session I was feeling better and better. I cannot recommend her enough. An absolute blessing.

During the consultation meeting Alex was a great listener and questioned about current situation to fully unpick the deeper issues. Alex's insight and experience really helped me, we both agreed that hypnotherapy was not for me at this stage, I felt fully supported by Alex throughout the consultation, there was never any pressure to book sessions, which was a refreshing change. A really nice person.

Highly recommend to anyone who wants to stop smoking!! As long as you WANT to stop then this will work. I walked in, having been a smoker for 25 years, and walked out 3 hours later a none smoker. I haven’t had to use any type of replacement and haven’t suffered any cravings at all!! Cannot speak highly enough of Alex and Michael, who are friendly, professional and knowledgable.
