We cannot thank these guys enough after they were subbed from the AA to come help us whilst we are up here on holiday for Christmas break. The lady who called to find out our exact location was super friendly and helpful. The guy who came out was reassuring and extremely professional, he got us back on our way in very little time at all. What was a very unnerving situation to be in turned out to be quite a ok experience due to the friendly nature of this team.

Just wanted to pass on my thanks to Josh for rescuing us last night in Northumberland after an unexpected encounter with a large pot hole on a rural country road. Call placed to the AA and Josh was on scene well before the expected arrival time and couldnt possibly have got to us any sooner. He tried his upmost to get us mobile again and allow us to complete our journey however unfortunately the two punctures in the side wall close to the rim just made it impossible despite his valiant efforts. In a few minutes we were tucked up in the back of his impressive Ranger, the car on his trailer and starting the 85 mile journey back home to Co. Durham. Josh was a pleasure to chat to, clearly dedicated to his job and the whole experience despite the circumstances, couldn't have been made any better. Please pass on our regards to Josh and thank him for his assistance.

We're on holiday in the area at the moment and had to call on this company's services to get us back on the road. They fitted our car in to check it, although they were very busy. We took it in on Tuesday lunchtime and it was fixed for us by lunchtime Wednesday. Excellent service at a keen price. Many thanks

My water pump broke on a Sunday evening and I was left on the side of the A1. Told I had 2 hours to wait for recovery, Josh arrived quickly and assessed the issue. He ensured my car was taken to the right place to get fixed and that I could get on with my journey. Great service.

Above and beyond vehicle recovery. Professional and very helpful.

Had a flat with the rental, closest replacement was in Newcastle but the garage didn't have time to change the tyre. Chris organized a mobile fitter to come out and change it. Even offered to give a lift into Bamburgh so I could join the family instead of waiting at the hotel.
