Brilliant service from start to finish, Verity @ the Darwen office assessed my property and valued it £225,000, £15,000 more than Ben Rose & Keenans had valued. The pictures/video produced for marketing were outstanding and due to such my property sold in 6 days at £222,000. I was kept in the loop with any viewings by email/text and was provided with feedback from each viewing. Overall a stress free experience and would highly recommend

Enter at your own risk... These guys have done nothing but rip us off since we used them to rent our property, they have done next to nothing other than take our money at every opportunity. Trust me USE SOMEONE DIFFERENT.....

Our property was a long time on the market but when a buyer was found Hannah Wilson handled things from there on. She kept us informed on everything that we requested but was especially helpful on bringing forward the exchange of contracts date. She obviously worked hard to achieve this for which we are very grateful. It is now in the hands of both solicitors and Hannah can do no more. Thank you Hannah for a job well done.

Enquired about a rental property and stated at the outset I needed to check with the landlord if they would accept our pets before proceeding any further. Agent told me they will get back to me. They did not. Booked a viewing the next day and asked the person with whom this was done to double check. Never got back to me. On the day of the viewing, phoned up to check, was told our animals would be fine with the landlord. Made a journey of more than 2 hours in total to view the property in the evening. Phoned the agent the very first thing in the morning only to be told they have to check with the landlord if the pets will be accepted. Called to chase a couple of hours later to be told by the same agent an application was put through by someone else the day before, meaning the property is off the market. Shambles. Incompetent amateurs getting away with anything because they operate in saturated market.

He carried out all the viewings and was able to secure the full asking price on an elderly family member’s property, in the space of just one week. Wouldn't bother if you're renting! Never fix anything, never reply to emails, never answer the phone. Shoddy work force. Once you're in there's no help! Verity the manager is the worst, about as useful as a chocolate teapot. Would avoid as you end up in a rust bucket house and nothing gets sorted! Shocking
