The best hydrafacial I’ve ever had. The ladies were so lovely. It was really relaxing and my skin looks amazing! Sometimes I break out after facials but I didn’t break out after this one, my skin looks so clear. 10/10 I would definitely recommend coming here if you want a nice facial!

I must say that I have never come across someone who is as knowledgeable and caring as Anisa. Her work ethic and her clinics are one of the best I have come across. The care Anisa and her staff take is hard to find. Anisa really makes sure you leave her clinic with knowledge and results. As someone who has done treatments from Anisa, from facials to massage I can confidently say that her skills and hands are like no other! I am starting a course with AI Skin Clinic, so so excited as I wouldn’t want to learn from anyone else. If I could give Anisa 10 stars I would as it really shows through her work and care for me as a client.

Last week I came for my appointment and what happened was nothing short of unprofessional. The way the owner and two other workers was talking and gossiping was completely uncalled for and made them seem really desperate. The owner seemed like she was talking about an ex-coworker for seemingly no reason. Needless to say I will not be returning to such an unpleasant environment. If she is the manager/boss of this place, I don’t see it going very far.

I had started my training at the Academy in January 2024 for Level 3 Beauty Therapy General and I had today the first time training on skin Anatomy and Pathology with Anisah. She truly helped me to understand the depths of the skin layers and how it connects to the treatments I am learning. It is very accurate and I am happy and enjoying the course and feel much more confident.

Been going here for a while for different treatments, and the staff are all so lovely! They really try to take care of you and want you to have an amazing experience! I'd remove half a star for their booking process, but overall a lovely place to get a facial!

Extremely friendly and professional stuff members.The treatment was very well explained by Zahul before the tattoo removal sesions.
Anisah with who I have had initial consultation prior my facial procedure is very knowledge about her job she's very confident and gives you all the informations you need to make you feel that you are in a right and very professional place. I went to have moles removed on my face and wasn't sure what to expect as it was my first time. It was affordable, thorough, and only took half an hour! Was in and out before lunch and had the best care to boot. You also get a PDF and contact afterwards for follow-up care. Highly recommend!
