Rachel explained everything about the ear wax removal treatment I had today she is very polite and courteous if you have any questions she is more then happy to answer them. During treatment she explained what she was doing and made sure I was put at ease and relaxed all in all very good experience would recommend to anyone

Rachel is extremely knowledgeable with all her treatments and ensures they are preformed to the highest standard.
