Positive environment and very efficient staff. Richard was exceptionally thorough in checking all medical details to ensure treatment would be appropriate.
The actual procedure was carried out meticulously and I am extremely pleased with the results. I have a follow up appointment booked and would have no hesitation in recommending this practice. I think that the cost of the treatment was very reasonable.

I’ve had both of my big toes treated at Adam Smith Podiatry with partial nail avulsions using phenol, and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. The care and professionalism from the whole team has been fantastic each time.

Healing went really smoothly with minimal discomfort throughout. The podiatrist was friendly, thorough, and explained everything clearly, and the receptionist was always warm and welcoming.

It’s rare to feel this well looked after. Highly recommend to anyone dealing with ingrown toenails or needing podiatry care.

Phil was brilliant, I would highly recommend. He was very detailed and knowledgeable, and very patient with all my millions of questions 😅. We've got a plan in place for my problem which I feel confident about.
I was also 20 minutes late for my appointment due to traffic, and he accommodated me and stayed late since I was the last appointment of the day which I was very grateful for.

Every one who works here is intelligent, well-qualified and helpful. And friendly! And really good at what they do. Adam and Phil have helped me work out what is going wrong with my legs, causing me to fall over (!) - scary and painful and maddening, all at once. This is more than an NHS neurologist has been able to accomplish in over a year. Finding someone who is well-qualified regarding specifics is such a blessing!
So a thousand thanks to Phil, Adam and the rest of the amazing team. You have given me hope that I will be able to walk with my husband again. Bless you all. xxx
