I visited Tracey for the first time earlier this week, and as a big fan of facial acupuncture and a holistic approach to beauty and wellbeing I was very excited to experience her treatment. I was not disappointed. Tracey is very experienced and highly professional and she has a wonderful calming vibe. Her treatment room is nestled in her beautiful garden and is an oasis of peace and tranquility. The treatment was sublime, totally relaxing and my skin looked radiant and glowing. I contacted Tracey for fertility acupuncture. Tracey is so very kind, reassuring, professional and the most softest approachable soul! I joined Tracey’s yoga class back in January and I absolutely love it, I now really look forward to my Tuesday mornings with her and the class.

Tracey is exceptional. She’s a brilliant acupuncturist, but so much more. I started going to Tracey at a difficult time in my life and 4 years later I still find my visits incredibly valuable. She is so kind, caring and insightful. She takes the time to get to know you and understand where you are physically and mentally at, so she can tailor the treatment each session. But in doing so, you almost feel like you’ve had a therapy session on top of the acupuncture! And all in the lovely calming environment of her private treatment room. I can’t recommend Tracey highly enough. The benefits are truly holistic.

I have been going to Tracey for over a year now and she is fantastic. All of the sessions were tailored to address my specific problem, she would always take the time to understand first what was going on, latest health updates etc before getting into the session and take it from there. I have to say I think acupuncture was a big reason why things turned around for me, the other benefiting factor was having someone like Tracey do it. Alongside tackling a specific issue, it was also incredibly relaxing and I always felt so calm after. I’d highly recommend her.
