I contacted Donna for help with weight management and for weight loss which has been impactful on my life from a young age.
Within the first initial consultation Donna's warmth and passion to help shone through and it was so clear why she does what she does.
Over the 6 sessions I have not only been able to identify causes of habits that have underpinned my previous weight gain but also habits that I have learnt over the years.
With Donna's help I have grown in confidence; I am back to being proud of myself, loving my body but also recognising the new shape that is forming from the positive changes that have been reinforced through hypnotherapy with Donna.
The environment is also so relaxing and comfortable and not once did I ever feel judged or fear with Donna being mindful of any trigger words I may have whilst under hypnosis.
She is a warming, helpful and wonderful individual and I cannot put into words how much our sessions have helped me. I have changed my lifestyle to one I am so happy with and one I thought I could never achieve and I look in the mirror daily and feel smile rather than avoid this.
This has honestly changed my life; other people have noticed but - most importantly - I have noticed and I can feel the changes made.
