Eleanor has been amazing with my bad back and dealing with hyper mobility. She takes time to understand the problems and really listens to your concerns. Away from the clinic she answers queries on the app for doing exercises. Amazing service and level of care. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend Eleanor at Active VIII enough. She treated me with the utmost kindness, professionalism and care. She's been a continuous source of knowledge and expertise (and the occasional chat about dogs :)). After 3 months of physiotherapy and constant guidance, I am now pain free and I couldn't be more grateful.
