On my first visit to see Tess I wasn't sure what to expect and was very surprised to find most of my issues all related to muscle tension and not in the area where I could feel all the pain.
Tess has an amazing way of sourcing even the smallest spots of tightness in areas where you didn't even realise you had any!
She will also provide you with any necessary exercises for you to carry out between visits.
You get a real sense of her wanting to help people to improve and live a pain free life.
If you are suffering with tightness/tension I would highly recommend you pay Tess a visit.
