I started seeing Jordan in 2023 when I was struggling to deal with severe hip pain. His hands-on approach, clear explanations, and recommendations for exercises made the difference between barely being able to tolerate sitting and moving about, and returning to a life of mobility. What a difference! When I was scheduled for a hip replacement, he helped me to focus on strengthening the muscles before surgery. After surgery, the guidance and exercises he gave me improved my recovery far beyond the minimal help I'd received in hospital. I highly recommend him and the hand-picked, personally-trained team he has assembled in both Portsmouth and Eastleigh.

I've suffered traconteric bursitis in both legs for many years and despite GP and the usual treatments my condition wasn't improving, just getting excruciatingly worse. I was miserable with it, not sleeping or fully engaging in life. Four months ago I stumbled across the Active Motion Clinic. They specialised in particular with bursitis issues. I made contact and have since had a course of treatments. The difference and improvement in my condition is tenfold. I'm finally almost pain free and able to get back to being more active and engaging in life. I so wish I had found this type of treatment years ago. Lewis is an excellent and skilled practitioner and really does know his subject. I would recommend Active Motion to anyone with similar conditions. Thankyou Jordan and Lewis for doing what you do. Saw Lewis over a 6 week course of treatment for bursitis in both hips using Shockwave which overall gave me huge relief and would definitely recommend. Lewis is very professional and has a sound knowledge of anatomy and physiology and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending his services.

The therapy was very knowledgeable and was very skill in his work.
However I felt very cold during the massage as I was no draping or towels only given couch roll to tug in my clothes. The room was cold. The therapist wouldn't let me remove my bra when doing back work which was very much in the way. The atmosphere wasn't relaxing here either could hear the gym, and therapist talked a lot! I understand it was a sports massage but others I experienced by other places I was warm the bed had a towel on and light music in the background. Hence the 4 stars. Still my body hurt the next day and I did feel more mobile.

I have had 5 of the 6 sessions I booked with Jordan for treatment for TMJ ( Temporomandibular Jaw disorder). I feel there is a 90%
improvement since the start of my treatment, & am now virtually pain free.

Top rate physio! I tore my calf very badly in muay thai training which should if taken me out for months but lewis at active motion was so swift at diagnosing the severity and started my treatment straight away, I was back at trainjng after only 4 weeks. Highly recommend to anyone. I now always get the teams advice and treatment with any injury to make sure they always heal correctly.
