Nicki was recommended to me by another parent when I felt there was no one that could help us. Right from the first time we went, she made myself and my daughter feel at ease and was very welcoming and calm. My daughter starting seeing Nicki weekly and then when the time was right, she went to fortnightly visits. We are now at the stage where if my daughter feels she needs an appointment, all I need to do is contact Nicki to arrange one.
Nicki suggested getting my daughter tested for ASD. After a long wait, we have finally found out that she does have ASD. This is something I would never have looked into if Nicki hadn’t suggested it.
I can’t thank Nicki enough for being our light at the end of the tunnel and for all her support and empathy.

Nicki is a calm and very insightful saving grace. My teenager needed an adult she could trust that was non judgemental but someone who could give her the skills to psychologically deal with a really complex situation and time in her life. She has done that in a way that has substantially helped my daughter and has made life at home much calmer and enjoyable.
As a Mum I needed to trust someone to do that and Nicki's approach is thorough, client centred, clever and both my daughter and I will never be able to thank her enough. I am so glad I did my research and found Nicki. My daughter looks forward to her sessions each week so there is never any need to persuade her to go. No easy feat with any teenager but I think that speaks volumes about Nicki's skill.

Nicki at 360 was a godsend. My daughter was away on a plcement abroad and was struggling with anxiety and stress. She was quite depressed and would often ring me in tears. Not being able to get to her to comfort her i was at a loss. I was put in contact with Nicki from 360 who over Skype was able to help my daughter. Without Nickis advice I dont think my daughter would be the happy person she now is. I could not recommend Nicki and her services highly enough.

Nicki was our light when no-one else would help night or day miles away in Nottingham we got so much help and support there really should be more help like achieve360 they are one in a million xx
