A safe place has been providing guidance and comfort to make better choices and stay positive. Michelle's expertise within her knowledgeable and professional skills support us deeply. In just over a month I have seen so much progress and self love. Michelle (the owner of A safe place) is respectful of everyone's choices and will support any decision made within ones life. Ongoing support is always there with Michelle, her shoulder is always there, she makes us feel wanted and needed with a listening ear. Michelle does not hold back when sharing ideas, and can pin point subjects to emotions. I highly recommend anyone who feels they need a little support. After seeing Michelle there is always smiles without a doubt.

I found myself struggling to kick start my life having spent so much time on my own through lockdown. I also started to stress about what my life would be like once I retired, if I couldn’t sort it out now. Michelle helped me break things down to bite size pieces that were achievable and I quickly found myself getting my life more interesting again. She is very engaging and easy to talk to (even with my noisy puppy) and while there is a lot more to do, the difference I feel in myself already has made this the best move I’ve made. Michelle helped my daughter who needed some guidance and control mechanisms for environmental stimulae she was finding difficult to process. Over the course of six weeks, she talked through what was making her anxious and learned lots of tools to help her cope in certain circumstances, this has greatly improved her confidence outside of the house. I would recommend Michelle, positive changes were noticed after the first week and we could both see this was the right path.
