Wow!! That was amazing!! The most relaxed I've ever felt in my life! I could feel my body letting go in the deepest way I've ever known. Ive done many deep relaxation meditations but this was on a different level!
Felt tearful but in a good way.
Now feel very happy and relaxed,

I completely disappeared into the ether! I've had laryngitis and have been coughing for days, but my whole body was still for over two hours and my mind actually shut up for once. I feel much more consciously slow & measured, and much less frantic, which is amazing 🥰 I did fall asleep, but I’m sure I felt the ‘end’ of the session before falling back to sleep for another hour. My back & shoulder tension even feels less tight, thank you.

I came downstairs about 3 hours later and felt all bouncy, like the floor was a trampoline, all light and serene ☺️can't thank you enough xx

Claire had a very calm approach, made me feel at ease straight away. I had an Indian head massage that was relaxing and rejuvenating, Claire took her time to ground me after which was an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend her!
