Anna is just wonderful. She combines professionalism with compassion and was my safe space for four years, allowing me to come to terms with and accept the issues I was dealing with at the time. I never felt judged by Anna and am so grateful for her gentle acceptance of me. Her approach allowed me to trust her quickly and I valued the way in which she guided my thinking, challenging me when appropriate to do so but never diminishing the way I was feeling. She guided me as I grew to understand how some experiences in my life had shaped my thinking and responses and she metaphorically held me as I felt my way through that. Anna showed me how life-changing therapy can be, and I would not hesitate to ask for her support again in the future, should I need to.

I am currently working with Anna due to some problems with panic and health anxiety. So far I have found this very valuable, digging into both some recent and past experiences which may be influencing my thoughts. Anna has been calm and empathetic, and as I have remarked in the sessions, I always leave feeling more positive and calm than when I arrived. At first I was apprehensive as didn’t know what to expect and thought it might not be for me. However, Anna made me feel comfortable and in time I was able to speak about anything and everything. Always made to feel that I was in a safe space. Either in person or online I found the whole experience very rewarding. Every session I went away with something to think about and try for myself. There was never any pressure and everything is at your own pace.
I have come away with more confidence in myself, an understanding of who I am. The confidence to speak up and ask the awkward questions that I was scared too do.
Nothing is an overnight fix but if you go all in you get the most out of it.
I am literally not the same person I was and am proud of who I am. I am so grateful to Anna for helping me find me again.
Would throughly recommend and I know that I can go back anytime if needed. For me it was life changing!
