Just wanted to say a big thank you ? to Deb and this counselling service . It has helped me immeasurably . My councillor was kind empathetic and well informed . I felt like I could really open up and express myself about things that had been troubling me for many years . The friendly and informal meeting place really helped me feel at home , safe and secure. I raised a complaint regarding payment Terms and Conditions. I was advised by Citizens Advice and Trading Standards. The public should be aware of unfair service. I would definitely not recommend - I didn't want to leave even one star ! The circumstance can be explained but least you have been warned. - I simply asked to rebook at the door in person (it was not the case i missed my appointment - I turned up!) The circumstances were beyond my control! I didn't want to get a parking ticket which the local council said I would get - yes!.. I actually rang the council to explain that the ticket machine did not have any paper. I would recommend people to speak to their GP in the first instance. Free services are accessible in Peterborough.
